Job description
We are working in partnership with a wide range of Educational Provisions including SEND Special Schools, PRU’s, Secure Units, Alternative Provisions, Outreach Provisions and also Mainstream Schools with a strong focus to increase the students ability to learn.

We have opportunities from Teaching Assistant, LSA, 121 Support focused solely with students who have SEND needs, Inclusion group support and also Pastoral support.

You will have the opportunity to design, deliver and support teaching and catch up sessions particularly in Maths and English to help students develop and grow. You will need to have the ability to assess basic levels of attainment and recognise undiagnosed learning needs.

The right candidates will need to offer excellent communication skills, both written and verbal which will need to be effective at many levels as well as having the ability to work well with outside professionals, therapists and families. If you are passionate to work across a wide range of needs either having specialist or cross experience then we would like to speak to you .

Specifically looking for skills and experience across the following SEND needs which include Challenging Behavior, SEMH, Autism, MLD, SLD, Trauma, Emotional Challenges, Hearing Impaired, Visual Impaired and Global Delay.
