Job Title: SEND & Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Bradford
Start Date: ASAP ️
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Do you have experience supporting children with special educational needs and the confidence to manage behaviour positively and calmly?
We’re working with a dedicated SEN school in Bradford looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. This role requires someone who can commit to Monday to Friday, providing consistency and structure for students who thrive on routine.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils with special educational needs in the classroom
Using strong behaviour management strategies to support learning
Working closely with teachers to deliver structured support
Helping pupils stay engaged, focused, and regulated throughout the day
Supporting social development and building positive relationships
️ Providing 1:1 or small group support where needed
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
✔️ Strong behaviour management skills and confidence working with challenging behaviours
✔️ Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
✔️ A calm, patient, and resilient approach
✔️ A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their development
✔️ Experience in schools, care settings, youth work, or similar environments is highly valued
