Job description
I am looking for Behaviour Specialists or SEMH Child Support Assistants across Hertfordshire.



I am looking for specialists who have experience in supporting SEMH students in specialist settings such as PRU's or Alternative Provisions. Experience could include taking intervention lessons for pupils of low ability and need additional support to access the national curriculum, having good behaviour management strategies and be confident whilst working with challenging behaviour.generate positive reinforcement or even 1:1 behaviour support.

As well as having good behaviour management strategies, the successful candidate must be knowledgeable on the national curriculum as you will be expected to deliver class work that the teacher has planned and use own initiative to adapt to pupils needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Behaviour specialist's available for Short or Long Term work.

• Delivering the National Curriculum to small focus groups who need additional support.

• Have good behaviour management strategies and be confident whilst working with challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate would have SEN experience or alternatively could be someone with a sporting background who can be a role model.
