Job description
We have an SEN teaching job for a qualified Art teacher with experience of working with EBD/SEMH pupils.

Protocol Education are working with a state of the art SEND school based in the Northamptonshire. They are looking for a special needs Teacher with experience working with SEBD.

The successful candidate will be working on a one to one basis, as well as working with small groups of pupils with challenging behaviour.

To be considered for the role you will have QTS status, although NQT's with experience with SEBD pupils or children with challenging behaviour and learning difficulties will also be considered.

This position requires:

" QTS (Cert Ed, PGCE status, although NQT's will be considered

" Strong, caring character with a holistic approach to behaviour management

" De-escalation and restraint experience, Ideally with Team Teach certification (although training can be provided)

" Previous experience with EBD pupils

" An enthusiastic approach to continuous educational development of young children

" A positive attitude

" Checkable reference details, covering the last 2 years

" Current DBS (although we can apply for one for you)

This position requires a September start on a long term basis.
