Graduate SEN Secondary Support Mentor - Role:
• Work alongside students from KS3 - KS4 within a thriving SEN department
• Offer support to students which includes 1:1 interventions
• Support students who have special educational needs (SEN)
• Work with other students who have challenging behaviour
• Monitor students' progress
• Communicate excellently with staff/parents

Graduate SEN Secondary Support Mentor - Person Specification:
• Psychology degree would be preferable
• Passionate about education
• Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
• Thinking of becoming a teacher or support mentor
• Previous experience supporting young people is desirable
• SEN experience - essential
