SEN Teaching Assistant in Southwark

Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a wonderful independent SEN School in the Southwark area. This is a great opportunity for a talented individual with fantastic SEN knowledge and skill set who is looking to work in a rewarding and innovative environment.

The school we are recruiting for is a mixed school with pupils ranging from 11-16 years old. All the pupils in the school are experiencing social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD).

Therefore, a resilient, empathetic and patient individual would be perfect for the role. The role would involve a combination of 1:1 support and general classroom support.

Candidates should ideally:
-Be passionate about working in education
-Have experience working with children with Autism
-Be adaptable and able to work in a challenging setting
-Be committed, resilient and positive
-Have excellent attendance and punctuality record
