Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends)

Protocol Education is looking for enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join our network of primary schools across Watford. About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to provide tailored support to pupils across various year groups and subjects. You’ll play a key role in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment for students with diverse needs.

What we are looking for in our SEN Teaching Assistants:

  • Experience working with children in a classroom or support setting, OR personal experience supporting individuals with SEN

  • Graduates from relevant fields (e.g., Psychology, Health & Social Care, Speech & Language) are highly encouraged to apply

  • A patient, understanding, and compassionate attitude

  • Someone proactive, dedicated, and able to stay focused

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is initially temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
