Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant – Wandsworth

About the Role:
We are looking for a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or Learning Difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional needs.

Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and classroom support.

Encourage student engagement and build positive relationships.

Support with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies.

Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with SEN students (school or childcare setting).

A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Eligible to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
