About the Role:
We are looking for a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or Learning Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional needs.

  • Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and classroom support.

  • Encourage student engagement and build positive relationships.

  • Support with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies.

  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN students (school or childcare setting).

  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

  • Eligible to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
