Job description
A lovely school based in Basildon are currently recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to support a number of pupils across the key stages with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs.

If you are an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to work for a specialist SEN school that supports all of their staff at a personal and professional level, helping them develop their career by providing multiple training opportunities & providing them stability in their career by making them a part of their teaching family, then please contact us .

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant/LSAwho has the following attributes:

• Excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude to working as part of a team and the ability to use initiative
• An ability to form effective relationships with parents/carers
• An ability to supervise and support pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning and managing behaviour
• An ability to work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
• A willingness to undertake further training where appropriate to the child's needs and those of the school.
