Job description
A Thurrock based school is looking to recruit candidates with aspiration to support children with SEN and have a desire to make a difference.

This particular role involves 1:1 support for a pupils across the key stages with autism (ASD) and speech language and communication needs (SLCN). Potential candidates ideally need a minimum NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools or is degree qualified is essential, but if you have experience Supporting SEN pupils then we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will:
• Support implementation of strategies to manage behaviour
• Record and report the students progress to the teacher and parents
• Establish and maintain relationships with the children and other staff
• Provide level of attention suitable to pupil's needs modifying approach to ensure that anticipated outcomes are achieved
• Confident teaching KS1 and KS2 curriculum
• Reliable, passionate and personable.
