Job description
Protocol are seeking to recruit Teaching Assistants for children with Special Educational Needs for Daily and Long Term cover in Merton and Sutton

Have you worked in schools for children with PMLD, SLD, MLD or EBD?
Have you worked with children with extreme behavioural issues?
Do you have any 1 to 1 or group experience with children with Autism in either KS1 or KS2?

We will consider teaching assistants who have worked in a mainstream setting with relevant skills and experience.

You will demonstrate a professional approach and be able to take the initiative and work effectively with permanent staff and have the aptitude to form good relationships and be able to communicate effectively with parents and other professionals. It is vital that you hold a valid, recognised qualification and/or have had at least 6 weeks recent experience of teaching within an SEN environment in the UK.

We require:
-You must also be eligible to work in the UK
-Have up to date references.
-Have 6 weeks experience working in a school
