Job description
I am currently working with a mainstream OFSTED rated "Good" school in East London with their search for Teaching Assistants working with SEN children in small group and 1:1 work on a long term basis.

This particular role will be working with ASD (Autism) but the school are regularly seeking support staff with SEN experience so even if this role is not for you there may well be other opportunities.

Please see below for the following list that are essentials for this role:

1) You must have a valid and clean DBS on The Update Service (Or be willing to obtain one with us).
2) You must have some experience working with some form of SEN.
3) You must be a committed, friendly and enthusiastic person to ensure you can get the best out of the students.
4) You must also have strong behaviour management in the class.
