Protocol Education are working with a Pupil Referral Unit based in the local community who are looking for Teaching Assistants with Team Teach qualifications to join their strong and successful team. The role will be on a flexible basis which if success could lead to a long term position.
The head teacher is looking for a dynamic person who will use their initiative to support the young person and find different techniques to engage and encourage them. The centre has a successful and welcoming team who will offer support and a positive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Team Teach Qualification and will have worked in the same or similar environment. . They will also have the ability to manage behaviours effectively, use their initiative and show focus and commitment to the role.
