Protocol Education are working with a number of mainstream primary schools seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for inclusive education, looking to support children with varying needs within a mainstream classroom environment.

The Role
• Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language difficulties
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting with differentiation of learning activities
• Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
• Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs
• Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate
• Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting
• Understanding of a range of additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.)
• Patient, adaptable and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
