Job description

SEN Teaching Assistant - Harrow

Protocol Education are looking for experienced Behaviour Learning Support Assistants (BLSA) that is available for daily supply work within local mainstream Primary school in the Borough of Harrow (North West London).


Currently we are working with a number of primary schools that require experienced and motivated individual with strong behaviour management skills and motivated to work with SEN pupils. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a classroom environment within the last year, an excellent track record and good working knowledge supporting SEN pupils.

Ideal Candidate will have :

-Varied and adaptable teaching methods
-Effective behaviour management
-Excellent communication skills
-A passion for inclusive education

Candidates Must Have :

-Experience working in a mainstream school, supporting SEN students
-Enhanced DBS, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
