SEN Teaching Assistant – Wandsworth

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our inclusive partner schools in Wandsworth.
This role involves supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs, such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties. The ideal candidate will be patient, enthusiastic, and committed to helping every student achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN

Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering personalised learning activities

Help create a nurturing and positive learning environment

Support pupils with personal care or mobility needs when required
Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN (school or personal experience is welcome)

A compassionate and proactive approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Available for a full-time or long-term role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
