Job description
We are recruiting for a SEN TA to work with children in Early Years in an Outstanding Ofsted rated school. The ideal candidate will have experience with Autism. This is a full-time position in Newham and is to commence 25th March 2019 until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be experienced working with Special Educational Needs and confident working with students who have difficulties with communication. Creating a dynamic learning environment to maintain pupil participation and promote an enriched learning environment. The role will develop with additional SENCO responsibilities implementing programmes, designing curriculum, liaising with external agencies, running annual reviews and training Teaching Assistants working in the provision.


Successful candidates will be:

•Specialised in SEN
•Experienced in delivering EYFS curriculum effectively
•Positive approach to behaviour, developing children's self-esteem
•Can use assessment for learning
•Lead on creativity and innovation within the classroom
