SEN Teaching Assistant (ASD/ADHD/SEMH)

What you’ll do:

• Support pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and other additional needs, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Implement tailored learning and behaviour plans to help pupils engage and succeed
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to provide consistent support
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and the wider school community
• Assist in creating a safe, structured and welcoming classroom environment

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with children with additional needs is highly desirable
• Calm, patient, and adaptable with excellent communication skills
• Motivated, energetic, and able to bring creativity and empathy to the role
• Ready to make an immediate difference in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
