Protocol Education are recruiting for SEN Experienced Teaching Assistants to work closely with children in primary schools who have challenging behaviour and SEMH in the Dudley area. The role;
Be a member of the SEN Team and will have a specific role to provide a strategic lead in pastoral care, managing challenging behaviour and children with ASD. Enable pupils to overcome personal barriers to learning and to help provide a structure that supports the safety and well-being of students, particularly with regard to the mental health of students, challenging behaviour and ASD.
The right candidate will;
- Have SEN experience within education preferably a Primary School setting.
- Good behaviour management
- Be a Team player
- Be Flexible
