Protocol Education are recruting alongside one of our primary schools in the BS6 area of Bristol, for 1:1 SEN Support from September.

Start Date: 01/09/2022

The role: The school expanding their team of SEND LSAs. With a number of roles available across the school working alongside class teachers to deliver high quality support for a range of children with additional needs.

Experience of some or all of the following is desirable:

  • Working with autistic children
  • Working with children with speech disorders
  • Working with children with attachment difficulties
  • Knowledge of phonics
  • Working closely with outside agencies to deliver EHCP provisions

The School: A happy and vibrant 3-form entry primary school within a wonderfully diverse community. The school is based within the Cotham area of Bristol city centre.


  • Part-time hours are usually 25 hours per week, or 5 hours per day over 5 days (08.30am until 13.30pm)
  • Full-time hours are 32.5 hours per week, working 08.30am until 3.30pm over 5 days

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
