SEN Teaching Assistant Required in Bromley

The Role

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Support students with a variety of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities.
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence.
• Assist in implementing individual learning and support plans tailored to pupils' needs.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or SEN setting.
• Is patient, resilient, and caring.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
• Can work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
