SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who:

• Has experience supporting children with additional needs, or a genuine interest in developing within this area
• Can follow EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) and implement personalised learning strategies
• Is passionate about making a positive impact on the educational journey of students with Special Educational Needs
• Creates a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and understanding when supporting a range of learning and behavioural needs
• Takes a proactive and flexible approach, adapting confidently to the needs of students and the school
