We're looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school this September. You'll be supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, helping them feel confident, engaged, and ready to learn every day.

Whether you've worked as a Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Youth Worker, or in another educational setting, we'd love to hear from you. If you've got experience building positive relationships with children and young people, you've already got the foundations we're looking for.

Your day could include:

• Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, both in class and on a 1:1 basis.
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
• Working alongside teachers and the SEN team to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Helping pupils access lessons in a way that works for them.
• Celebrating the small wins that make a big difference.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience working with children or young people in an education, youth work, tutoring, or support role.
• A calm, positive, and patient approach.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
• The ability to build trust and positive relationships.
