Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Hillingdon.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with Special Educational Needs in the classroom.
• Provide one-to-one and small group assistance.
• Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging activities.
• Promote confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.

The Ideal Candidate

• SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
• Caring and patient approach.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting children.
• Reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
