SEN Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school on a full-time, long-term basis.

No two days are the same. You could be supporting a child on a 1:1 basis, leading small intervention groups, or working within the school's alternative provision to help pupils overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their potential.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and wants to make a lasting difference every single day.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
• Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group interventions
• Helping to create a calm, engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with teachers, the SENCO and wider support teams
• Celebrating every achievement, big or small

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children or young people with SEND, or a genuine passion to do so
• Is patient, resilient and positive
• Builds strong relationships and earns trust quickly
• Wants to help every child thrive, both in and out of the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
