Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Sutton.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and social development.
• Help create a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
• A patient, caring, and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to making a difference.
