SEN Teaching Assistant – Richmond

Location: Richmond upon Thames, Greater London
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term/Permanent
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner)

Protocol Education is looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a welcoming school in Richmond.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide individual and group support to pupils with additional needs.
  • Assist pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff.
  • Support children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs.
  • Encourage independence and confidence.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous SEN experience is desirable.
  • Patient, understanding, and supportive.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children.
  • Flexible and reliable.
