We're working with a brilliant primary school in Brent that's searching for enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistants to join their team this September.

This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while making a lasting difference to children who need a little extra support to thrive.

Your day could include

• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND
• Encouraging communication, confidence and independence
• Supporting children with autism, ADHD and other additional needs
• Working alongside experienced teachers and specialist staff
• Helping create a positive, nurturing classroom where every child feels valued

• Have experience working with children in the UK or are a graduate from a UK university
• Are considering a future career in education, psychology or child development
• Are calm, reliable and keen to learn
• Can commit to a full-time, long-term position from September
• Bring energy, empathy and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
