We're looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Bristol. If you have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and love helping young people grow in confidence, this could be the perfect role for you.

No two days are the same. One moment you'll be celebrating a breakthrough in the classroom, the next you'll be helping a child achieve something they never thought possible. Those little wins? They mean everything.

Your role:

• Support pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism, ADHD and speech and language needs
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to help pupils access learning
• Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience supporting children with SEND (essential)
• Is patient, positive and resilient
• Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff and families
• Is passionate about helping every child reach their potential
