The role:

You’ll lead a class supporting pupils with autism, SLD and PMLD, delivering personalised learning that helps every pupil achieve their individual goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and adapting engaging lessons
• Leading and supporting classroom staff
• Encouraging communication and independence
• Building strong, positive relationships with pupils
• Creating a safe, structured learning environment

Ideal candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong SEN experience
• Calm, resilient and adaptable approach
• Passionate about inclusive education
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
