We’re partnering with a welcoming SEND school looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a pupil who benefits from structure, patience, and encouragement.

What you’ll be doing
Supporting a pupil throughout their school day
Helping them regulate emotions and stay engaged
Working with staff to follow personalised plans
Encouraging independence and confidence
Creating a positive, calm atmosphere

What we’re looking for
Experience with SEND or similar support roles
A steady, thoughtful approach
Someone who can adapt and think on their feet
Strong communication and empathy

Thrive trained candidates are a bonus, but we offer this training free if you’re not there yet.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
