We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEND school where relationships come first. You’ll be working 1:1 with a pupil who needs patience, encouragement, and someone who shows up consistently.

What you’ll be doing
Building a strong, trusting relationship with your pupil
Supporting learning in a way that feels accessible and engaging
Helping manage emotions and behaviour positively
Working alongside a brilliant, supportive team
Creating a safe and predictable environment

SEND experience or a genuine passion to learn
A calm, grounded presence
Someone who’s observant and responsive
A caring nature that pupils respond to

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
