1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Behaviour Support (KS2)

Location: Bradford
Salary: £90–£105 per day
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate

Some children just need someone who gets them. Could that be you?

We’re looking for a resilient and compassionate TA to support a KS2 pupil with behavioural needs. Think relationship-building first, learning follows after.

The role:

  • 1:1 support for a pupil who needs consistency and patience
  • Helping manage emotions and behaviour in a positive way
  • Keeping lessons accessible and engaging
  • Being that calm voice in tricky moments

The school:
A well-run primary with strong SEN support and staff who back each other. No lone wolves here.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with behaviour support or SEMH
  • Stays calm when things get a bit unpredictable
  • Can build trust without forcing it

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
