SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Primary (Autism Support)

Salary: £90–£105 per day

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Bradford looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with autism. This isn’t about sitting quietly in the corner, you’ll be the steady support that helps their whole day click into place.

What your day might look like:

• Supporting one pupil with routines, transitions, and learning
• Using visual aids and structured approaches
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Celebrating the small wins (they matter the most)

You’ll need:

• Experience with SEN, especially autism (school or care setting)
• A patient, positive approach
• Confidence to build strong relationships

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
