The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and students to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Your day might include:

• Supporting the teacher with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Working one to one or in small groups with pupils who need extra support
• Helping to keep pupils engaged and focused during lessons
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
• Supporting students with additional learning needs where required

No two days are ever the same, but every day is a chance to help a pupil move forward.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
