SEN Teaching Assistant

Do you have a passion for supporting students with additional needs and helping them feel confident in school? We’re looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive, inclusive primary school where SEND provision is taken seriously.

You’ll be working closely with SEN staff and teachers to support pupils with a range of needs, helping them access learning and feel part of the school community.

Daily pay: £90–£100

The role

• Supporting students with additional learning needs

• Working one-to-one and in small groups

• Helping pupils access the curriculum and classroom routines

• Encouraging independence and confidence

• Supporting emotional regulation and engagement

What we’re looking for

• Experience supporting SEND, in schools or similar settings

• A patient, understanding approach

• Strong communication skills

• Someone who values consistency and relationships

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
