Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with SEND
Support communication, emotional regulation, and engagement
Adapt learning to suit individual needs
Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and external professionals
Help create a calm, structured, and positive learning space
What makes this school stand out:
A strong, inclusive ethos where every child is valued
A dedicated team with a real focus on collaboration
Well-developed SEND provision and support systems
A vibrant, community-driven environment
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting children with SEND, ideally 1:1
Is calm, patient, and resilient
