We’re looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming and supportive school. If you’re patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children succeed, this could be the perfect role.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting pupils with SEND such as autism, ADHD, or learning differences
• Providing 1:1 or small group support in the classroom
• Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
• Helping create a calm, positive learning environment
• Celebrating every step forward, big or small

What we’re looking for

• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for SEND
• Experience supporting children or young people, in schools or care settings
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A calm and encouraging approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
