Daily Expectations & Routine

• Run structured social skills groups
• Support anxiety management
• Assist in mainstream classroom learning
• Liaise with families regarding transition plans

Lunchtime supervision includes structured social play.

Behaviour & Environment

• Calm expectations
• Restorative conversations
• Clear emotional regulation framework

Experience & Pay Scale

Experience in youth work, mentoring or SEN desirable.

Not essential. Trainee scale considered for strong candidates with the right interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
