This is a SEN TA role specifically working with ASD and Challenging Behaviour.

Full-Time.

Protocol Education are recruiting for a SEN TA to work closely with a student in a secondary school in Shropshire. Do you have experience working with ASD and Challenging behaviour? Are you passionate about ensuring all children get the right support and education? If you are then apply today!


The role:

Be a member of the SEN Team and will have a specific role to provide a strategic lead in pastoral care, managing a new student with ASD. Enable pupils to overcome personal barriers to learning and to help provide a structure that supports the safety and well-being of students, particularly with regard to the mental health of students, challenging behaviour and ASD.


The right candidate will:

- Have SEN experience within education preferably a secondary school setting.
- Good behaviour management
- Be a Team player
- Be Flexible

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
