SEN Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistant's on a full-time basis for Leeds based school in LS9 This is for a range of roles that, including both temporary and permanent work, starting as soon as possible.

The position will involve supporting a range of pupils with SEN, managing their behaviour and keeping pupils on task in lessons. We expect the successful individuals to be able to use their initiative well in these situations and know when to intervene and diffuse effectively.

You must:

  • Have a very patient and calm approach.
  • Have previous experience working with SEN or Behaviour (SEMH)
  • Have a resilient mindset.
  • Have previous school based experience, relevant to the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
