Job description
Protocol Education is on the lookout for a qualified teacher with experience of SEN, particularly EBD & SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) to work in a large Multi Academy Trust, which provides outstanding education and training for children and young adults between the ages of 5 - 18 years within the London Borough of Bromley.

Our client is a provision for children that are at risk of, or have been permanently excluded from mainstream education.

You must be an experienced and enthusiastic Primary Teacher who has experience of working with SEMH pupils so that you can help to achieve the highest possible standards and outcomes for learners. You will need to develop a cohesive and personalised programme of learning activities for learners. The successful post holder will support the Senior Leadership Team in creating a lasting improvement in the quality of education provision and the management of teaching and learning within the Trust.

You will be working with friendly and supportive colleagues and will be expected to make an extremely effective contribution to the learning and development for children.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of general education with a minimum of Level 2 in literacy and numeracy and qualified teacher status. Experience of working with diverse groups, preferably in an educational setting and an understanding of issues which may affect students would be advantageous. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability establish good working relationships. You’ll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills.
