The Role

Position: SEN Teacher
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Start Date: September 2026
Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey

‍ We're Looking For Someone Who:

✨ Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

✨ Has experience teaching pupils with SEND within either mainstream or specialist settings

✨ Has excellent knowledge of Autism, ADHD, SEMH and a range of additional learning needs

✨ Can create a calm, structured and nurturing learning environment where every child feels valued

✨ Plans and delivers engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs

✨ Is confident implementing EHCP targets and working closely with support staff and external professionals

✨ Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and uses positive, restorative approaches

✨ Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues and outside agencies

✨ Is committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potential academically, socially and emotionally
