Job description
We are seeking individuals who have a realistic understanding of specific SEN needs and are able to experiment with all aspects of Teaching and Learning whilst managing challenging behaviour effectively.

You will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic, engaging, inspirational, flexible and dedicated.
You will be in teaching because you want to positively affect students lives and better prepare them for life after school.
Applicants can expect regular bookings in SEND schools in Teesside, ranging from Primary to Post 16.

We have a commitment towards safeguarding our pupils and the successful applicant will be subject to references, an enhanced DBS check and will have the ability to meet the requirements of the post specification.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Teaching the subject across the whole school.
• Having a commitment to raising pupil attainment.
• Preparing Schemes or Work, Planning in subject areas and reporting and assessment tracking progress.
• Building positive and disciplined relationships with students.
