Job description
We are currently working with a number of SEN and PRU Education providers in Shropshire who are looking to identify candidates for permanent vacancies, long-term supply contracts and day to day assignments. We are looking for candidates passionate about working with children with SEN with outstanding behaviour management skills. You must have a strong and nurturing personality and have the ability to improve outcomes for all those pupils in your classroom.

We are working with schools that serve children from across the UK, providing long term intervention for children aged between 3-18 years old's. These pupils could be at specialist SEN Schools, part of the Virtual Schools network or at a PRUand are struggling to cope in mainstream settings and whose behaviour potentially puts them at risk of permanent exclusion.

We have a variety of roles and start dates available so if you are looking to work within a Special Needs environment we should have something that would interest you!

The ideal candidates will:

Be a fully qualified teachers with QTS

Have outstanding behaviour management skills

Desirably have SEN experience

Be determined to make a difference

Hold the right to work in the UK

Have a DBS on the update service or willing to complete one
