SEN Teacher – Barnsley

Location: Barnsley
Hours: Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Barnsley.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with SEN.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess pupils' progress.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents and other professionals.

About You

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with pupils with SEN is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient, caring and committed to supporting every pupil.
• Passionate about helping pupils reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
