SEN Teacher – Swindon | Full-Time & Part-Time | Immediate & September Starts

Protocol Education is currently recruiting passionate and committed SEN Teachers to work within welcoming specialist schools and SEN provisions across Swindon.

Whether you're seeking a full-time or part-time role, we have a variety of rewarding opportunities where you can make a genuine difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and complex learning needs.
  • Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents.
  • Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
  • Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies to maximise outcomes.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)essential.
  • Have experience teaching within SEN schools, specialist provisions, or supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • Have excellent classroom management and behaviour support skills.
  • Are patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
