Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEN Teacher to work within a specialist educational setting supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

As a SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs:
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Support pupils with a range of SEND, including autism, SEMH and complex needs
• Monitor and assess progress, adapting approaches where needed
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff
• Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with SEND, SEN or additional needs (preferred)
• Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
• Patient, adaptable and proactive approach
• Passion for inclusive education and pupil progress
