Job description
We need committed individuals who are patient, caring and prepared to go the extra mile to benefit the pupils they interact with. In addition to this we are looking to find confident, knowledgeable, who are able to work under the direction of a teacher and demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills.

If you would like to be responsible for helping to implement SEN strategies in our schools, and can sensitively and confidentially work with children with different types of SEN, we would be really interested in hearing from you. Experience is beneficial, but not absolutely essential, because we are looking to find someone with the right personality who is a perfect match for the schools we are recruiting for.

Our schools are for pupils aged 3-19 with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. These include MLD, SLD, PMLD as well as other additional needs. The schools put pupils at the heart of all decision making and aim to make learning fun and exciting, each with a specific plan to identify the individual needs of their students.

The schools have pupils that are eager to learn and enthusiastic staff that are happy to help you with your professional development. They are eager to create the best possible learning opportunities for children with SEN and make sure they can reach their full potential. The candidate can expect a modern working environment and schools that work with several organisations to help benefit SEN students.
