Job description
Protocol Education are currently looking for Specialist Teaching Assistants with a minimum of Level in BSL (British Sign Language) for long term work in a primary school in Barnet

We are looking for qualified and experienced Teaching Assistants. Not only must you hold a level 2 BSL qualification you also need to be comfortable assisting students with PMLD. This may include personal care needs.

These roles are from September on a long-term full time basis. Your role will involve working with students on a 1:1 basis within full classroom setting supporting their learning and wellbeing.

You will be expected to provide pupil feedback to other staff. You must follow school procedures at all times, including dress code and behaviour policies.


We can offer our staff the opportunity to gain a further understanding of working in the Primary Sector with a big focus on Mainstream SEN as we provide regular courses that prepare you for working with a variety of additional needs that will be certified upon completion
